We are currently recruiting an EYFS Teacher a British International School in Thaiand.
The largest international school in Phuket and Southern Thailand, and a leading international school in South East Asia.

The UK National Curriculum, IGCSE and the IB Diploma are delivered using English as the language of instruction, to pre-school through to year 13 students (children 18 months up to 18 years of age). We currently employ over 90 overseas teachers.
Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and a post graduate teaching qualification or an Education Degree and a minimum of two years teaching experience. Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum, IGCSE or IBDP will be advantageous.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary is paid in Thai Baht. (80,000 – 130,500) dependent upon experience. Tax is deducted in the region of 15-25% depending on earnings.
- The initial contract is 2 years followed by one two year contract and then yearly contracts. (1 month signing on bonus is paid prior to a new contract)
- A matched pension contribution of approximately 3% is offered via a Thai Providential Fund – more information at interview.
- Comprehensive medical insurance is provided for the teacher and their dependants.
- Maximum freight allowance is 28,000 baht per contracted member of staff, 28,000 baht for the dependent spouse/partner, with one payment per family of 14,000 baht for all dependent children. Teachers relocating within Thailand are eligible for 50% of these allowances.
- An allowance of 10,000 baht per teacher is paid in cash on arrival to go towards accommodation and other initial costs.
- Economy airfares are provided for teachers and dependants from/to point of domicile at start and finish of contract and mid contract in the second 2 year contract.
- Up to two school age dependants of the teacher who attend the school are eligible for full academic scholarships.
- Boarding staff are housed on campus in accommodation as required by their responsibilities and duties, with subsidised utilities.
- For those living off-site a housing allowance will be paid up to a maximum of 28,600 baht per month for couples and 21,500 baht per month for single teachers dependent on rent. The allowance will be added to the monthly income and taxed at the same rate.
