Hyledar Kindergarten Group are a very high quality kindergarten group of over 20 schools and growing. They have superb facilities for teachers and children at each of their locations in all the major cities throughout China, except Beijing.
The children range from age 3 to 6, and they have K1, K2, and K3 level set for each age group.
The following are the schools in the city of Shenzhen where the Head Office is located. Shenzhen is just across the border with Hong Kong in the south of the country. They require an English teacher for each of the schools below, as well as at other schools in a number of other city locations.

A) Teachers must have a Bachelor degree (or a major in Education or Language) and two years' working experience after graduation. This is needed to provide the employment certificate.
B) Have a Bachelor degree, a major in Education or Language or related field, and have TEFL (120 hours at least), then they can bypass the working experience needed for the certificate.
A very competitive salary, depending on the location and capability of the teachers.
A) Normal teachers with little experience, range from RMB16,000 to RMB20,000 (also known as Yuan) per month which approx equals £1,900-£2,300.
B) Experienced teacher can have monthly salary more than RMB20,000, equal to £2,300.
Above monthly salary will be structured: basic salary + housing allowance 2000 yuan + full attendance bonus 100 Yuan + performance or ‘floating’ bonus of 400 yuan.
C) Free meals provided for working days.
D) Annual flight ticket allowance offered at up to 4000 Yuan per contract year.
E) Social insurance is needed and is payable by both the teacher and the company. This is purchased at local Foreign Expert Bureau and is about 180 Yuan per month, but is refundable when the teacher leaves China.
F) The State statutory holidays are paid holidays.
Accommodation is external to the schools and will be arranged with the school’s assistance for you. A typical rental cost is 1500 – 4000 Yuan monthly in Shenzhen depending on the accommodation required, so the allowance of 2000 Yuan can cover all.

Generally speaking, Summer holidays: in early July to the end of August.
Winter holidays: in early January to the end of February.
7 working hours per working day.
Schedule: 25-30 minutes formal teaching time every class.
Each teacher will have two classes. After formal teaching there is learning centre time for 20-40 minutes. This is called ‘small group teaching’.
There is also outdoor time for 20-40 minutes. This is the regular routine per class per day.
Every class has 3-4 teachers to help handle the class including the Overseas teacher.
Interviews will be conducted by Skype. Alternatively they can be held at the Head Office in Shenzhen.
