Academic Director
We are seeking an inspiring and strategic Academic Director (female) to lead our school’s academic vision and drive excellence across all programs. This key leadership role is dedicated to shaping a high-performing learning environment where students thrive, teachers are empowered, and high-quality standards guide every decision.
The Academic Director will oversee curriculum development, instructional quality, assessment practices, and faculty growth—ensuring that every classroom reflects innovation, rigor, and best educational practices. By mentoring teachers, strengthening academic programs, and promoting student success, the Academic Director plays a vital role in elevating the school’s overall performance.
A central part of this role is fostering meaningful communication with parents, students, faculty, and school leadership. The Academic Director ensures that families feel supported, teachers receive continuous professional guidance, and students are equipped to reach their full potential.
Start date: Aug 2026 Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
The compensation and benefits' package for the position of Academic Director include:
*A yearly economy fare ticket to home country
*Furnished Housing accommodation

*A 12-month contract under the school program

*Candidates sponsoring their children will receive 50% of the school fee discount for one child if enrolled at school
*Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and years of experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
*Master's degree in Education (M.Ed., M.A.Ed., M.A., or M.S.) required
*Ph.D. or Ed.D. preferred
*Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience in a reputable international or national school
*Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience as a Head of Department (HOD) or Head of School
*Strong background in curriculum planning, teacher development, and academic supervision
*Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
*Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administration to enhance school performance
*Experience working in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia
