Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Drive the academic vision and continuous growth of the entire school.
• Curriculum Delivery: Oversee the implementation of a high-quality British National Curriculum from EYFS to A-Levels.
• Staff Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a dedicated team of international specialist educators.
• Compliance Standards: Ensure alignment with British Schools Overseas (BSO) frameworks and local Ministry of Education guidelines.
• Community Engagement: Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with parents, pupils, and external stakeholders.
• Financial Oversight: Manage the school budget, resource allocation, and operational efficiency effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Education or a relevant teaching qualification (NPQH is highly preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience as a Principal or Headteacher in a British curriculum international school.
• Curriculum Expertise: Deep understanding of the English National Curriculum, IGCSEs, and A-Levels.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with BSO inspection frameworks and Middle Eastern educational regulations is an asset.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a track record of driving academic excellence.
