Position: Secondary Vice Principal (Female) Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the overall leadership and management of the Secondary School.
Support the development and implementation of the school’s educational strategy and curriculum.
Oversee academic performance and student behavior, ensuring a high standard of teaching and learning.
Supervise and support teaching staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
Foster a positive, inclusive school culture that supports the emotional, social, and academic development of students.
Collaborate with the Principal and senior leadership team to implement school policies and initiatives.
Participate in the recruitment, induction, and performance evaluation of teachers.
Liaise with parents and the wider school community, maintaining effective communication.
Ensure the efficient administration of the secondary school, including scheduling, reporting, and assessments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, School Leadership, or relevant field (Master’s Degree preferred).
Valid teaching certification (preferably in the American Curriculum).
A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role within a secondary school.
Experience in implementing American Curriculum standards and educational practices.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus).
A passion for supporting student achievement and teacher development.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
