CONTRACT PERIOD: 3 years

MONTHLY GROSS PRE-TAX SALARY (RMB)
Up to RMB 25,000 per month during and after the probation period.

POTENTIAL BONUS DETAILS
A bonus of 0.5% of the value of a customer contract when signing the contract.
A bonus of 4.5% of the value of customer contracts signed and completed paid at end of each
HOLIDAYS AND LEAVE:
Non-teaching staff are entitled to Chinese statutory holidays, annual leaves, and leave of marriage, funeral and maternity leave according to the related regulations. Non-teaching staff are entitled to sick leaves according to the national regulations.
MENTOR ROLE: Locations: Shanghai, Chengdu and Shenzhen
The role of the Mentor is to support the client's Premium Consultants with their cases and act as a coach to children under their guidance. The Mentor will be expected to encourage and motivate students and provide teaching to children from ages 8 to 17. Mentors will be given guidance in lesson planning and curriculum for the students.
Over time, the Mentor will learn how to interview and assess candidates independently and eventually become more involved in planning and making recommendations for their pupils' future education.
First hand experience of the UK independent education system and/or a qualification from a leading British university is a plus. Knowledge of Mandarin ideal but not essential.
