This is an excellent opportunity for a Physics and ICT Teacher at a high-performing international school in Ljubljana, Slovenia starting in August 2018.
The school is a full 3-18 school, and offers a curriculum based on the English national curriculum adapted to an international context. GCSE, IGCSE and A Level examinations are offered at KS4 and 5. The school currently has around 330 pupils enrolled, and class sizes are small and the students are eager to learn. Teachers are expected to contribute to the wider community aspect of school life, including the wide range of extra-curricular and enrichment activities that are offered.
The position will be primarily to teach Physics at IGCSE and A Level, and ICT at IGCSE level.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject, and an appropriate teaching qualification;
- Recent experience of teaching Physics at GCSE or IGCSE and A Level, and ICT at GCSE or IGCSE level;
- EU passport holder or possession of a valid work visa for Slovenia.
